Copyright License Agreement
1) Representation. My new SOLE purpose is to daily fish for those of truth that can understand these Parable teachings. I will be shown by my own growing several ability how to invite others to hear this Gospel of 40 Parable teachings to all I can through many premade COMPANY APPROVED invitations supplied to me to be used on many different BROADCAST AND ONLINE platforms. No other advertising or promotion is allowed except that provided by Worldwide Publishers Llc YOU MAY SUBMIT any new advertising ideas or promotions for approval by Worldwide Publishers Llc.
2) Authority. To recognize that I am a full time independent representative. I will be paying no royalties to anyone. I will be in charge of 100% of ANY generated gifts of all types to be used to buy more and more HIGHLY PROVEN INVITATION MEDIA SUPPLIED BY Worldwide Publishers Llc and to cover all my
living costs.. I will receive $5,000.00 US 30 days after each conversion (less any processing fees) for any premade invitation I send that results in a new Disciple representative signing up for THIS SAME copyright license with Worldwide Publishers Llc. I will also receive 50% override (subject to change with notice) on any 40 Parable handbooks, CDs or DVDs that are sent out to anyone I invited to MY SUPPLIED 40 PARABLE WEBSITE CLONE WITH SUPPLIED 1 HOUR LIFE CHANGING 40 PARABLE DOCUMENTRY.
3) Binding. This agreement shall be effective as of the date it is signed by all parties.
4) Non-Transferable. This agreement may NOT be transferred or otherwise assigned. Either party may terminate this contract at anytime, with or without cause, without liability to Worldwide Publishers Llc.
5) Performance. I give my consent to Worldwide Publishers Llc to publicize my name, photo, or statistics without payment for recognition of any BLESSINGS I RECEIVE.
6) Use of Name, Service Marks, and Trademarks. The name Worldwide Publishers Llc and The 40 Parables tm are service marks and trademarks. As such, these are of great value and are to be used by Independent
representatives in the EXACT copy provided.
7) Advertising. Independent representative agrees not to advertise Worldwide Publishers Llc in any way other than the advertising or promotional materials made available to Independent representative by Worldwide Publishers Llc Independent representative agrees not to delete or add any written, printed,
or recorded material.
8) Independent Representative. Independent representatives are independent and shall not imply any employment relationship with Worldwide Publishers Llc The use of the words employee either orally or on
any stationery or other printed material, is strictly prohibited.
9) Comply with Laws. Independent representative must comply with all local, state and national laws and regulations that apply and shall not engage in any practice or activity that could discredit or damage the image or reputation of Worldwide Publishers Llc. Google “FTC rules” to be aware.
10 ) Record Keeping. Maintenance of proper books and records is an absolute necessity. Your books and records allow you to compare your results on a week-by-week basis. Worldwide Publishers Llc may update this agreement from time to time.
11) Copyright Permission. Is hereby granted to use service mark Worldwide Publishers Llc and trademark The 40 Parables tm GRANTED when this agreement is signed by Worldwide Publishers Llc.
12) Law, Jurisdiction, location of Dispute Resolution. This agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Portland Oregon USA, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the State of Oregon (without regard to conflict of law principles). The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be
brought solely in Oregon and Company expressly submit to the jurisdiction of said courts.
13) Limitation of Remedy. Worldwide Publishers Llc is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), and product liability or otherwise even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitations of damages set forth herein are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between Independent representatives and Worldwide Publishers Llc.
14) Media Inquiries. Do not make any comments that can be misunderstood or twisted. If contacted by ANY media just say “NO COMMENT” nothing else.
15) Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior oral or written understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
The English text of this Agreement is the only authentic text. I have read ALL of the teachings of Jesus Christ as recorded in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. and understand and AGREE TO ABIDE to all the conditions and commandments.
